Where's the best place to put the dish?+
It needs a clear, unobstructed view of the sky — trees, roofs and buildings block the signal. We find the highest, clearest spot on your property and mount it securely so you get the strongest possible connection.
Do you install on rural and acreage properties?+
Yes — that's our specialty. We handle pole mounts, long cable runs and the tricky positions common on rural and acreage blocks across the Gold Coast and hinterland.
How long does an installation take?+
Most standard installs are finished in a few hours. More involved jobs — long cable runs or high, difficult mounts — can take longer, and we'll let you know what to expect when we quote.
Does Starlink work in bad weather?+
